Upon arrival into the workshop, all pumps/injectors are fully inspected and dismantled, ready to be cleaned using our 1000L Ultrasonic Tank. At this stage, a full list is compiled detailing all components that are required for an OEM standard rebuild.
A detailed report is issued to the client, including photographs of any components that have failed during the service and repair costings associated with these.
Once the client has approved the findings and costings, the units are reassembled by our fully trained engineers before carrying out dynamic testing using the latest Merlin equipment which is utilised by many OEM marine engine manufacturers.
Finally, finishing, capping and sealing is carried out on the reassembled pump/injector to an ‘as new’ condition before it is packed and despatched to its specified destination. All certificates of conformity and reports are included.
