A dedicated and loyal customer who specialises in off-highway and agriculture regularly travels over 50 miles to reach the TED workshop.
In all cases, advanced notice is given to allow for the spare parts to be ordered and an engineer is specifically allocated for the client’s arrival time.
On this occasion, the Bosch CP3 pump passed its test and was collected by the driver on their return from picking up other spare parts within the area.
In the event of a replacement being required for this client, this is sent directly to them on a next-day morning delivery.
